   "During the Winter of 2010/2011 I asked Dan to remodel a former wood shop on my property into an English Regency style library to hold and display my collection of art and antiques. Part of the work included replacing a pull-down aluminum garage door with three antique French doors, as well as installation of a full-length custom built wall of walnut bookcases. He leveled an earlier poured concrete floor and installed a 'platform' over which he laid a hardwood parquet type floor, and also installed floor and wall outlets required to custom light the collection.

    Although he was still in his early twenties, the work was professionally executed and was completed both on time and within budget. Dan was very pleasant and easy to deal with, and was able to 'roll' with some last minute changes in the design. I was then, and remain now, very pleased with the result, and would not hesitate to employ him again."
